The Research on Open Educational Resources for Development (ROER4D) programme invites researchers worldwide to submit research proposals on the theme: Impact of OER in the developing regions of Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Grants of MYR 150,000 to 225,000 (approximately CAD 50,000 to 75,000) are available for winning research proposals. North-South or South-South collaboration and interdisciplinary research are encouraged. Research teams will have up to 18 months to conduct their research projects and produce research findings.
