Guillermo de la Torre was, until 2010, the Technical Coordinator of the OpenCourseWare project of Technical University of Madrid and main technical consultant in the development of Universia Regional Consortium since its beginning.
Currently he is the Technical and Functional Coordinator of the Institutional Intelligence Initiative of Technical University of Madrid and is also member of the CINAIC Congress (International Congress on Learning, Innovation and Competitiveness) Scientific Committee.
He has participated as member of Awards Committee in all editions of the Awards for OCW Excellence.
