Please provide your feedback for the Consortium’s upcoming business and strategic plans. The strategic plan sets the overall direction and high-level goals for the Consortium over a two-year period. The business plan outlines the planned uses of the Consortium’s resources in pursuit of its goals. The current business and strategic plans can be found at: www.ocwconsorrtium.org/documents.

The business plan for fiscal year 2011 is due for submission to the Board of Directors in May. We are holding an on-line discussion from March 23-April 16 to gather input from the community for the drafting of this plan. The current strategic plan covers fiscal year 2010 and 2011, however, we are beginning the process of gathering input for the drafting of the 2012-13 strategic plan through an on-line discussion from April 5-30. We will also hold a session for in-person feedback during the Vietnam conference.
