For over 10 years Delft University of Technology has been active in sharing educational resources as OpenCourseWare, via https://ocw.tudelft.nl. Resources developed for DelftX MOOCs are published under an open license and shared via TU Delft OpenCourseWare.

Since 2013 Delft University of Technology has developed and offered over 80 Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) (https://online-learning.tudelft.nl), reaching millions of learners worldwide, generating high societal impact on a global scale and supporting quality increase of education at our university. The content of the MOOCs is openly licensed.

Open Science

Open Science is an important way to spread TU Delft’s mission to deliver Science to Society. TU Delft has been front runner in this field, as active member and thought leader in European Open Science initiatives, and active in supporting FAIR and open data, open access publishing, Open Research. Open Science is used as an umbrella term for all open initiatives at the university.
