Fulbright 2.0 – e-Learning, MOOCs, OERs, and the Future: What Does New Technology Mean for Global Education?

Join the presidentially appointed J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 4:30pm CDT (21:30 UTC) for a dynamic and timely discussion exploring the role of e-learning technologies in global education and potential applications within the Fulbright Program.

In collaboration with the University of Chicago, the Board will host a public discussion, “Fulbright 2.0 – e-Learning, MOOCs, OERs and the Future: What Does New Technology Mean for Global Education?” A panel of experts will highlight synergies between the Fulbright Program and the increasing production and use of Open Education Resources (OERs) in global higher education. They will explore how such educational innovations can empower Fulbright participants to share knowledge and resources with audiences around the world.
