We are pleased to announce that a draft Action Plan on Open Educational Resources is being shared online for global comments and feedback leading up to the 2nd World OER Congress co-organized by UNESCO and the Government of Slovenia from 18-20 September in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The OER Action Plan will build upon:
- The outcomes of the six OER Regional Consultations that took place from December 2016 to May 2017.
- Online inputs received from stakeholders through the website of the 2nd World OERCongresswebsite (www.oercongress.org) from 20 July to 7 September 2017
- Inputs from the debates and discussions at the 2nd World OERCongress(18 to 20 September 2017, Ljubljana, Slovenia)
The draft Action Plan is available in English and French versions for review and feedback at the following addresses:

Through the online form on this webpage, we furthermore welcome online visitors to submit examples of good practices in mainstreaming OER. Revised versions of the Action Plan and examples of visitor comments will be periodically posted online leading up to the 2nd World OER Congress.
