We encourage  all members of the OpenCourseWare Consortium to vote in this year’s election for the Consortium’s Board of Directors, which is now open. In this election, you are asked to elect four Institutional Representatives and one Organizational Representative to two year terms on the OCW Consortium’s Board of Directors. As per the Consortium’s bylaws, you are filing a Proxy Form authorizing Mary Lou Forward, Clerk of the OCW Consortium Board, to cast your votes at the Annual Meeting of the OCW Consortium in Bali, Indonesia on 8 May 2013.

Your organization must be in active status to vote in the election. If you have any questions about your membership status, please contact Member Services (memberservices@ocwconsortium.org) as soon as possible. Every member may vote for each available seat, so don’t forget to fill out both the Institutional and Organizational ballots.  The voting period will end at midnight on 10 April 2013, Eastern US Time.
