The Executive Committee will meet regularly to review opportunities, challenges, direction and progress on goals. This committee will serve as the primary link between the operational and strategic aspects of the organization. While the Executive Committee can function to support the Executive Director and/or the President, its primary purpose is to serve the ongoing needs of the organization, with discussions focused on these issues.
